Who is responsible

CASKSENSE SAS, whose details are given above, is the data controller for the information you send us through this website. For any question about your data, write to kevin@casksense.ai.

What we collect and why

When you fill in the early access form, we receive your name, work email address, role, company and, if you write one, your message. We use them only to reply to your request and, with your agreement, to keep you informed about the CaskEye pilot programme. We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Who receives it

Only the CaskSense founders. The form is handled by Formspree, Inc., which receives your submission on our behalf and forwards it to us by email; Formspree processes data in the United States. The website itself is hosted by Vercel Inc., also in the United States.

How long we keep it

Up to three years after our last exchange, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, or to receive a copy of it, by writing to kevin@casksense.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and audience statistics

This website does not set any cookies. We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which keeps only aggregated data: the page viewed, the referring site, the country, and the browser and device type. It does not tie this data to your IP address or follow you across websites; visitors are counted through a temporary identifier that is discarded after 24 hours.

The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts: when you open a page, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address.
